   The Barbuda Civic Associations, Book Reading With Dr. Natasha Lightfoot( PhD) and Beverly George, Esq.(a Barbudian and Attorney) on "Five Of The Leewards 1834-1870" by Douglas Hall was held on November 23, 2019 at  Ebenezer Pilgrim Holiness Church(708 E. 216 Street) in the Bronx.
   The book focused on the "major problems of the post-emancipated period in Antigua, Barbuda, Montserrat, Nevis and St. Kitts(Caribbean history monograph).
