To whom it may concern:

America it's time to be relentless about our children's education. It's time to speak up and address crucial matters of relevancy and the severity of legitimacy and illiteracy that has plagued our black community today!

There is nothing more degrading then to be told that for 400 years of African slavery was a matter of choice!

As a African American I find this to be appalling, offencive and most of all diminishing to the self-esteem of African American youth.
